SECTION 34
- ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS
1.- Noise.
Noises generated from any use shall be in compliance with regulations established by the MPCA and City of East Bethel Ordinance 195.
2. - Smoke, dust, noxious, toxic or particulate matter.
Emissions or releases of smoke, dust, or toxic, noxious or particulate matter from any use shall comply with regulations established by the MPCA.
3. - Odors.
Odors generated from any use shall comply with regulations established by the MPCA.
