ARTICLE XII

RH - Residential Holding District

§ 250-74 Intent.

The regulations for this district are intended to provide for "staged" future growth areas in the Township that are not yet needed for development. The locations of this district correspond to existing areas of farmland amid or adjacent to the Township's developed/developing areas. All use and dimensional regulations of the A - Agricultural District shall also apply to the RH - Residential Holding District, except as noted below.

§ 250-75 Permitted uses.

As provided for in § 250-23.

§ 250-76 Special exception uses.

As provided for in § 250-24.

§ 250-77 General district requirements.

All principal buildings, structures and uses erected or established after the adoption date of this chapter shall comply with the requirements of § 250-25.

§ 250-78 Lot and yard requirements.

As provided for in § 250-26.

§ 250-79 Minimum off-street parking requirements.

Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with Article XXI of this chapter.

§ 250-80 Signs and advertising structures.

Signs shall be permitted in accordance with Article XXII of this chapter.

§ 250-81 Supplementary district regulations.

The supplementary district regulations in Article XIX shall apply, where applicable, as additional requirements for this district.

§ 250-82 Environmental improvements and energy conservation requirements.

The environmental and energy requirements in Article XX shall apply, where applicable, as additional requirements for this district.
