Any person, persons, or entities jointly or severally aggrieved by a final zoning decision may appeal in accord with O.C.G.A. Section 36-66-5.1(a)(1) and within the time frame established by O.C.G.A. Section 36-66-5.1(b).

Any person, persons, or entities jointly or severally aggrieved by a final zoning decision may appeal in accord with O.C.G.A. Section 36-66-5.1(a)(2) and within the time frame established by O.C.G.A. Section 36-66-5.1(b). The County Clerk is authorized to accept service of process on behalf of the Board of Commissioners of Effingham County.
