Tourist Commercial District
The district use chart, ECMC 18.45.070, sets forth those uses which are permitted outright, require a conditional use permit, or planned development approval in the C-2 district.
The C-2 district is intended to provide areas out-side of the downtown business area for uses including generally commercial and service uses as well as tourist accommodations and residential uses incidental to commercial and service uses. C-2 districts provide areas for overnight lodging, eating and drinking establishments, lake access, and RV parking. (Ord. 510 § 1, 2016; Ord. 416 § 1, 2009)
