There shall be no minimum front yard setback for properties in the B-G Business- General District except when the property abuts an R-District, in which case the minimum front yard setback shall be twenty (20) feet.

There shall be no minimum side yard setback for properties in the B-G Business- General District except when the property abuts any R-District, in which case the minimum side yard setback shall be ten (10) feet.

The minimum rear yard setback for properties in the B-G Business-General District shall be twenty (20) feet.

The maximum height regulations for properties in a B-G Business-General District shall be as follows:
A. No principal building shall exceed forty (40) feet in height.

C. No accessory building shall exceed twenty-five (25) feet in height.
