ARTICLE XI

Residence C Districts

§ 600-77 Permitted uses.

In a Residence C District, no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered for other than one or more of the following specified uses:
A. 
Any use permitted in a Residence B District.

§ 600-78 Building area.

The building area shall not exceed 30% of the lot area.

§ 600-79 Front yard.

There shall be a required front yard which shall be not less than 20 feet in depth.

§ 600-80 Side yards.

There shall be two side yards, one on each side of the main building. Each side yard shall not be less than six feet wide.

§ 600-81 Rear yard.

There shall be a required rear yard which shall have a minimum depth of 25 feet.

§ 600-82 Lot area.

No principal building and accessory buildings shall be erected upon a lot that has street frontage and minimum lot width at the front and rear wall of the principal building of less than 40 feet and a lot area of less than 4,000 square feet.

§ 600-83 Building height.

No building shall be greater than 2 1/2 stories nor more than 35 feet in height.
