An ordinance of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, and known as the "Zoning Ordinance", regulating the number of stories and size of buildings and other structures; the percentage of lot that may be occupied, the size of yards, courts and other open spaces; the density of population; and the use of buildings, structures, land and water areas for trade, industry, residence of [or] other purposes; for such purposes creating districts and establishing the boundaries thereof; defining certain terms used herein; providing for the method of administration and amendment of this ordinance; providing penalties for the violation hereof; superseding all zoning, landscaping and signage ordinances.
