Rs-1 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
The Rs-1 Residential District is intended to provide for single-family residential development in predominantly rural areas not served by municipal sewer and water facilities at densities not to exceed 0.2 dwelling unit per net acre.

PERMITTED USES.
(a)
Single-family dwellings with attached or detached garages.
(b)
Home occupations and professional home offices.
(c)
The keeping of certain animals in outdoor pens or detached buildings, as follows:
1.
Not more than one horse more than 6 months of age per 2 acres.
2.
Not more than 3 dogs or 3 cats, or a combination thereof, which are over the age of 12 months. (Am. Ord. #34-89)

Yard and gardening equipment storage structures.
