The city adopts by reference the Arrow Highway specific plan pursuant to Ordinance 2031. The Arrow Highway specific plan identifies land use districts, with a matrix of permitted and conditionally permitted uses. The Arrow Highway specific plan establishes development standards, parking standards, design guidelines, a mobility and infrastructure component, administration and implementation plan, and other requirements to ensure the orderly development of the specific plan area.

Amendments to the specific plan shall follow procedures provided in Section 21.01.050.
