ARTICLE XXIII

Tag Sales

§ 270-137 Limitations.

Tag sales shall total no more than 28 days per owner in one calendar year, and occur no more than twice per owner in one calendar year.

Any sale exceeding these limits shall be considered a permanent business and subject to all regulations regarding such.

§ 270-138 Signs.

Signs advertising tag sales are subject to § 270-123I(5) of these regulations and C.G.S. § 23-65.

§ 270-139 Permit required.

Permits for such sales may be obtained from the Zoning Enforcement Officer.

§ 270-140 Exceptions.

These regulations regarding tag sales are not intended to limit the duration or frequency of religious, fraternal, or other nonprofit organizations' sales, bazaars, auctions, etc. for the purpose of raising funds.
