§ 270-16 Zones enumerated. [1]

For the purposes of these regulations, the Town of Haddam is divided into a number of zones as shown on the Zoning Map. The zones are:

Residential
R-2

C-1
Industrial
I-1
Industrial
I-2
Industrial Park
IP-1

§ 270-17 Overlay zones.

There are a number of overlay zones that provide additional regulations for property in those zones. The overlay zones are:
Gateway Conservation Zone
Flood Hazard Zone
Aquifer Protection Zone

§ 270-18 Interpretation of boundary lines.

The zone boundary lines are intended generally to follow the center lines of streets and similar rights-of-way, rivers, lot lines, or Town boundary lines, all as shown on the Zoning Map; but where a zone boundary line does not follow such a line, its position is shown on said Zoning Map by a specific dimension expressing its distance in feet from the center line of the traveled way or other boundary line as indicated.

§ 270-19 Determination of boundaries in cases of uncertainty.

In case of uncertainty as to the true location of a zone boundary line in a particular instance, the determination thereof shall be made by the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
