Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a municipal infraction and, upon conviction, subject to a fine not to exceed $500. Each and every day during which such illegal location, erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, change, maintenance or use or other violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

In addition to other remedies, the Town Council, the Zoning Administrator or any adjacent or neighboring property owner may institute injunction, mandamus, abatement or other appropriate action or proceedings to compel compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
