PRC PRIVATE RECREATION—CONSERVATION DISTRICT REGULATIONS
The regulations set forth in this article, or set forth elsewhere in this chapter, or when referred to in this article, are the district regulations in the PRC Private Recreation—Conservation District regulations.

(A)
Private recreation and open space.
(B)
Private conservation and preservation of natural resource areas.
(C)
Private beach and shore areas.
(D)
Existing seawalls and dune walkovers, dune crossings and the like.

No building or structures except for dune walkways shall be constructed within this area.

No parking other than for emergency purposes shall be permitted in any of the areas within this zoning district.

(A)
Plot area. There is no minimum plot area for the private recreation—conservation zoning district.
(B)
Open area. Every plot used in the private recreation—conservation zoning district shall maintain the existing natural vegetation and shoreline areas in their natural state. Except for existing seawalls, decks, dune crossovers and or walkways, all structures or buildings are prohibited.

(A)
Each plot used in this zoning district, will automatically provide an appropriate credit towards the adjacent residential zoning district from which this plot was created.
(B)
The area of the plot is transferred to the adjacent residential zoning district for density and area calculations. In no event, however, can the density and area credit provide for overall densities that will exceed the maximum allowable units as permitted by the town's Land Use Plan.
