§ 20-17.4
Bulk Requirements and Other Conditions.
[1978 Code § 12-406; Ord. #12/4/85]
The following requirements are applicable in the NC Neighborhood Commercial District:
a.
Minimum lot area: 175,000 square feet.
b.
Minimum lot width: five hundred (500') feet.
c.
Minimum lot depth: three hundred (300') feet.
d.
Maximum lot coverage: 60%.
e.
Front yard: eighty (80') feet.
f.
Side yards: fifty (50') feet.
g.
Rear yard: seventy (70') feet.
h.
Maximum building height:
Principal structure: thirty (30') feet or two stories, whichever is less.
Accessory structures: not permitted.
