The minimum and maximum height limits established for buildings and structures are as follows:

   (a)   Thirty-five feet maximum in the RS and RD Districts;

   (b)   Two stories minimum and at least 26 feet, and fifty feet maximum in the B-1 and OTB Districts;

   (c)   Two and one-half stories maximum and not exceeding 40 feet in the B-2 District; and

   (d)   Fifty feet maximum in the LI and I Districts.

   Heights above the established limits may be approved by Council in cases involving unoccupied structures.
