16 I-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL

§ 27.16.010 Intent.

An industrial district intended to provide areas for light industrial, research and technology. The uses would typically not create objectionable characteristics (such as dirt, noise, glare, heat, odor, smoke, etc.), which extend beyond the lot lines. This zoning district would typically be restricted to areas designated as industrial on the Kalispell Growth Policy Future Land Use Map.
