Any person or corporation, whether owner, lessee, principal agent, employee, or otherwise, who violates any provisions of these regulations or permits any such violation or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who erects, constructs, reconstructs, alters, enlarges, converts, moves, or uses any building or uses any land in violation of any detailed statement or plans submitted by him or her and approved under the provisions of these regulations, may be subject to penalties as a municipal infraction pursuant to Chapter 1, Article II of the Kalispell City Code. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate, additional violation. The Zoning Administrator or his or her authorized agent is hereby authorized to enforce the City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance by issuing a civil citation.

In the event that any building or structure is erected, reconstructed, altered, converted, or maintained, or any building, structure, or land is used in violation of these regulations, the proper legal authorities of the City Council in addition to other remedies, may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent such unlawful erection, maintenance, or use, to restrain, correct, or abate such violation, to prevent the occupancy of such building, structure or land, or to prevent an illegal act, conduct, business, or use in or about such building, structure or land.
