17 I-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL
§ 27.17.010 Intent.
An industrial district intended to provide areas for heavy industrial uses to accommodate heavy manufacturing, processing, fabrication and assembling of products or materials. It is also intended that the encroachment of non-industrial uses within the district be prevented. This zoning district would typically be restricted to areas designated as industrial on the Kalispell Growth Policy Future Land Use Map.
