CHAPTER 30

DISTRICT BP, BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT

30-101 - PURPOSE

This District is designed to promote the development of planned business parks that accommodate corporate offices, research facilities, and structures which can combine office, distribution, and limited industrial uses. These facilities serve a more regional audience, but may provide services to local residents. They are characterized by landscaping, parking facilities, and good visual connectivity relationships among buildings. District will typically be found along the Kearney East Expressway and other developing highway and major arterial corridors. Additionally, this District will likely abut other commercial and/or industrial districts.
