No proposed plat of a new subdivision shall hereafter be approved by either the City Council or the Plan Commission unless the lots within such plat equal or exceed the minimum size and width requirements set forth in the various districts of this chapter and unless such plat fully conforms with the Wisconsin Statutes and the ordinances of the City.
