05 ZONING MAPS
§ 18.05.010 Boundaries.
A.
The boundaries of land zones shall be determined and defined or redefined from time to time by the adoption of zone maps covering the city, showing the geographical area and location of the zones. The zone map or maps shall be, upon its final adoption, a part of this title, and the map, and all notations, references and other information shown thereon, thereafter shall be as much a part of this title as though all matters and information set forth on the map were fully described in this chapter.
B.
The boundaries of such zones as are shown upon any sectional area map adopted by this chapter, or amendment thereto, are adopted and approved and the regulations of this chapter governing the uses of land, buildings and structures, the height of buildings and structures, the size of yards about buildings and structures, and other matters as set forth in this chapter are established and declared to be in effect upon all lands included within the boundaries of each and every zone shown upon the zone map.

§ 18.05.020 Map on file.
This title shall consist of the text and also as fully as though contained in this chapter, that certain map or maps identified by the approved signatures of the mayor and city clerk-treasurer on the original map marked and designated as "the map of the zoning ordinance of the city of Langley," which map or book is now on file in the office of the city clerk-treasurer. The original map bears the same date as the ordinance codified in this title. The original map has been examined in detail by the city council, after having been approved by the planning advisory board, and adopted as a part of this title. This title and each and all of its terms are to be read and interpreted in the light of the contents of the map. If any conflict between the map and the text of this title is deemed to arise, the text of this title shall prevail.
