ARTICLE XVII

- MULTI-USE DISTRICT MUD

Sec. 22-500. - Description of district.

The multi-use district is intended to provide for varied Uses in designated areas. Such areas should have a tradition of mixed Uses or be in a state of transition.

Sec. 22-501. - Permitted Uses.

There are no permitted Uses in the multi-use district. All existing Uses shall be deemed a conforming Use until such time as the Use is abandoned for a period of one year or more. Thereafter, Special Review shall be required. Additionally, any proposed change of Use shall require Special Review.

Sec. 22-502. - Special Review Uses.

All other Uses in the multi-use district are permitted by Special Review.

Sec. 22-503. - Minimum site area.

In the multi-use district, the property must meet all site standards for that Use as specified in other areas of these regulations where such Use is listed as a permitted Use.
