CHAPTER 17

15.- OPEN LANDS DISTRICT

17.15.010.- Additional use.

The following use is allowed in addition to the Permitted and Special Uses found in Table 17-06-01:

A.

Common open space, when such property is voluntarily restricted by covenant, deed, or other agreement for use only as open space.

17.15.020. - Accessory structures and uses.

Accessory structures and uses are permitted in the Open Lands District subject to the provisions of section 17.06.030 of this Code.

17.15.030. - Temporary uses.

Temporary uses are permitted in the Open Lands District subject to the provisions of section 17.06.150 of this Code.

17.15.040. - Parking and loading requirements.

The parking and loading requirements applicable in the Open Lands District are set forth in Chapter 17.10 of this Code.

17.15.050. - Sign regulations.

The sign regulations applicable in the Open Lands District are set forth in Section 17.11 of this Code.

17.15.060. - Buffers and landscaping.

The requirements relating to buffering and landscaping of certain uses and structures in the Open Lands District are set forth in Chapter 17.20 of this Code.

17.15.070. - Dimensional standards.

OL District Dimensional Standards establishes the dimensional standards for the OL District. These regulations apply to all uses unless a different standard is listed for a specific use. Except for minimum lot area, these standards apply only to permanent structures within the OL District.
