Principal permitted uses in the Business B-3 District are as set forth in the Schedule of Area and Bulk Regulations included at the end of this chapter.

Conditional uses in the Business B-3 District are as set forth in the Schedule of Use, Area and Bulk Regulations included at the end of this chapter.

The following uses are specifically excluded from the Business B-3 District: all uses excluded from the Business B-1 District.

All uses in the Business B-3 District shall require site plan approval by the Planning Board.
