ARTICLE V

Residence R-1B District

§ 280-14 Principal permitted uses.

Principal permitted uses in the R-1B District are as set forth in the Schedule of Use, Area and Bulk Regulations included at the end of this chapter, with the following conditions:
A. 
Professional offices of a doctor, dentist, architect, engineer, lawyer and accountant residing on the premises, provided that:
(1) 
No more than three persons are so employed; and
(2) 
Such office is entirely within the principal building; and
(3) 
No more than 1/2 the area of one floor is used for the professional office.
(4) 
Site plan approval of the Planning Board.

§ 280-15 Conditional uses.

Conditional uses in the R-1B District are as set forth in the Schedule of Use, Area and Bulk Regulations included at the end of this chapter.
