A.

Off-street parking spaces for dwellings shall be located on the same lot with the dwelling.

B.

Other required parking spaces shall be located in the same zone or a zone which is less restrictive in use and shall be located no farther than 700 feet from the building or use they are required to serve. This distance shall be computed by direct measurement from the nearest portion of the parking space to the nearest portion of the building served or area dedicated to the use served, using a route of direct pedestrian access, measured as a person would walk safely and properly, without trespassing, with right angles at crossings and with the observance of traffic regulations and lights.
