Except as provided in subsection 17.20.020.A.1, required parking and loading spaces shall be set back ten feet from the front lot line. Parking, loading, or service drive areas located in the administrative office-transition zone district shall be set back at least 50 feet from a lot line of an adjoining residential zoned property; and shall be set back at least 40 feet from a street curb or 30 feet from a front lot line, whichever is greater.
