As provided in applicable sections of Article 66B of the Annotated Code of Maryland, any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 or face imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days, or both. Each and every day during which such illegal location, erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, change, maintenance or use continues may be deemed a separate offense.

In addition to other remedies, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Manchester, the Zoning Administrator or any adjacent or neighboring property owner may institute injunction, mandamus, abatement or other appropriate action or proceedings to compel compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
