NOTES:
1Applies to all permitted and conditional uses except those in the B-L and B-G Districts and other uses listed in table § 250-27.
2Where adjoining any R District, not less than 25 feet.
3Where adjoining any R District, not less than 15 feet.
4For those areas in excess of 180,000 square feet, the determination of the density factor will be made by the Commission and the Health Department upon the review and approval of the site development plan.
5As lot area increases above the minimum of 45,000 square feet, increased provision for front, side and rear yards and determination of the density factor shall be determined by the Commission and the Health Department based on the site development plan.
