This zoning ordinance, including the zoning map, may be amended from time to time by the City Council of the City of McRae-Helena.

Before enacting an amendment to this ordinance, the City Council of the City of McRae-Helena shall hold a public hearing thereon, at least fifteen days' notice of the time and place of which shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of McRae-Helena.
