(A)

That the City Council of the City of Miami Springs hereby adopts Miami-Dade County Code Article XIV, Adult Group Homes, and Code Sections 21-251 through 21-254, for applicability and enforcement within the City of Miami Springs. A copy of the aforesaid Article and Code sections are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a part hereof.

(B)

That the City Council of the City of Miami Springs hereby further adopts all future amendments of the aforesaid Article and Code sections for applicability and enforcement within the City of Miami Springs.

(C)

That the City Council of the City of Miami Springs hereby authorizes the enforcement of the aforesaid Miami-Dade County provisions by the City's code enforcement violation processes and procedures, the City's supplemental code enforcement citation system, the institution of an enforcement action in the courts of the state, or by any other lawful means or method of enforcement available to the City.
