A.   Standards For Outdoor Lighting: Community lighting practices should promote personal safety and crime prevention.

      1.   Eliminate glare onto neighboring property or street right of way.

      2.   Limit light trespass over a property line onto residential property.

      3.   Canopy lights shall contain fully shielded (cutoff) light fixtures to prevent glare onto adjacent property or street rights of way, except for focus lighting. (Ord. 2512, 4-6-2015)
