This ordinance shall be known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Moody, Alabama and the map herein referred to shall be identified by the title zoning map of the City of Moody, Alabama. It shall further be identified by the signature of the mayor of the City of Moody and attested to by the city clerk. The zoning map of the City of Moody, Alabama, is hereby adopted and made a part of this ordinance. This map is filed with the city clerk of the City of Moody at the time of the introduction of the ordinance and will remain on file in the office of the clerk. Upon its adoption the ordinance and the map shall show, by endorsement thereon, the date of such adoption.
