UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

§ 160.300 PURPOSE.

   The purpose of the PUD, Planned Unit Development District is to provide for the integration and coordination of land parcels as well as the combination of varying types of residential, commercial and industrial uses.

§ 160.301 PERMITTED USES.

   All permitted accessory or conditional uses contained in §§ 160.085 through 160.088 and 160.265 through 160.268 of this chapter shall be treated as permitted uses to eliminate the overlapping procedural requirements of individual conditional use provisions.

§ 160.302 SPECIAL PROCEDURES.

   The establishment of a PUD, Planned Unit Development District shall be subject to the amendment requirements as outlined in §§ 160.450 through 160.452 of this chapter plus the procedures and conditions imposed by §§ 160.315 through 160.319 of this chapter.
