The following real property is annexed into the corporate limits of Mount Pleasant City and the corporate limits of Mount Pleasant City are extended accordingly. Said property is located in Sanpete County, State of Utah, and is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

North Parcel: A parcel of land located in Section 10, Township 15 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian (basis of bearings N01° 00' 18" W 2670.51 feet on the west line of the southwest quarter of said Section 10) being further described as follows: beginning at an existing fence post that is located S55° 36' 33" E 1014.70 feet from the west 1/4 corner of said Section 10; thence N30° 40' 48" E 733.58 feet; thence along existing fences by the following three courses: N85° 59' 40" E 13.81 feet; S01° 15' 30" E 595.68 feet; S00° 54' 40" W 2243.47 feet; thence N 62° 27' 57" W 448.03 feet to the point of beginning containing 3.96 acres. Middle Parcel: A parcel of land located in Section 10, Township 15 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian (basis of bearings N01° 00' 18" W 2670.51 feet on the west line of the southwest quarter of said Section 10) being further described as follows: beginning at an existing fence post that is located S 55° 36' 33" E 1014.70 feet from the west 1/4 corner of said Section 10; thence S 30° 40' 48" W along an existing fence 300.36 feet; thence S 58° 37' 23" E 638.30 feet; thence N 00° 50' 07" E along an existing fence 383.58 feet; thence N 62° 27' 57" W 448.03 feet to the point of the beginning containing 3.96 acres. South Parcel: A parcel of land located in Section 10, Township 15 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian (basis of bearings N01° 00' 18" W 2670.51 feet on the west line of the southwest quarter of said Section 10) being further described as follows: beginning at an existing fence post that is located S39° 26' 43" E 1076.69 feet from the west 1/4 corner of said Section 10; thence S 58° 37' 23" E 638.30 feet; thence along existing fences by the following three courses: S00° 35' 25" W 61.16 feet; S89° 36' 21" W 784.68 feet; N31° 04' 10" E 465.70 feet to the point of beginning containing 3.96 acres. The street known as 600 South between 400 and 500 East, the legal description of which is beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 18 Plat "B", Mount Pleasant City Survey, running thence due South 99 feet; thence East 429 feet, thence North 99 feet; thence West 429 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 18, Plat "B" be vacated and conveyed to North Sanpete School District for the sum of $1.00 in accordance with all of the relevant provisions of the Utah State Code, and upon NSSD purchasing the blocks bordering 600 South between 400 and 500 East on the north and south sides.

That part of the street known as 600 South beginning at the north west comer of lot 2, block 21, Plat B, Mount Pleasant City Survey, thence East 395.24 feet, North 99 feet, West 395.24 feet, South 99 feet to point of beginning, containing 0.85 acres more or less, be vacated in accordance with Utah Law.

The street known as 200 South from 300 to 200 West, the legal description of which is

beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 47 Plat "A", Mount Pleasant City Survey, running thence due South 99 feet; thence East 433 feet, thence North 99 feet; thence West 433 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 47, Plat "A"

be vacated and conveyed to Wasatch Academy in accordance with all of the relevant provisions of the Utah State Code.
