If any dwelling unit is increased by occupant use after the original building permit is issued, the parking requirements shall reflect that increase. No compact parking spaces allowed. |
2. | Multiple-Family Units: | If the planning commission finds that reducing the two parking spaces per unit ratio is not detrimental to the surrounding area and will enhance the proposed development, it may reduce the parking ratio to these minimums.
