Public/Semi-Public Zoning District.
The Public/Semi-Public Zoning District recognizes identifiable areas of the community which support public, municipal and semi-public centers, community services and facilities.
7.15.01 Permitted uses: Public/semi-public zoning
1.
Emergency service activities (i.e. buildings, garages, parking, and/or dispatch centers for ambulances, fire, police, etc.)
2.
Hospitals;
3.
Schools (public and private);
4.
Truck or bus terminals;
5.
Telecommunication towers, provided that such towers have not been abandoned (refer to chapter 17 of the Land Development Code).
7.15.02 Yard regulations
Yard regulations will be prescribed by the development review committee (DRC) using sound building, engineering and planning methods.
