For the purposes of this title, all land lying within the limits of the Village is hereby divided into the following districts, listed and designated as follows:

R-1 district: Five (5) acre residential tracts

R-2 district: Two (2) acre residential tracts

R-3 district: Forty thousand (40,000) square feet residential tracts

C district: Golf courses and club

O and R district: Office and research

B-1 district: Business

B-2 district: Business

B-3 district: Planned premier retail

Regular golf course district

Premier golf course district

Premier equestrian estate district

The boundaries of such districts are hereby established as shown on the zoning map consisting of one page, which map accompanies the zoning ordinance and is hereby made a part of this title by reference. (1977 Code § ZR-3-2)

Any territory hereafter annexed to the Village shown on the official comprehensive plan shall automatically, upon such annexation, be classified in accordance with said plan and subject to all rules, regulations and conditions applicable to such area. (1977 Code § ZR-3-2)

The zoning map and the official comprehensive plan, as adopted, are a part of the official records in the office of the Village Clerk. (1977 Code § ZR-3-2)

No part of the width of any contiguous street shall be included in computing the area of any building plot or zoning lot. (1977 Code § ZR-3-3)
