Schedule of Zoning District Regulations
§ 197-7 Use schedule (Table 1).
The Schedule of Use Regulations shall be deemed to be a part of this chapter and is referred to herein as Table 1.[1]

§ 197-8 Bulk schedule (Table 2).
The Schedule of Area and Bulk Regulations shall be deemed to be a part of this chapter and is referred to herein as Table 2.[1]

The Schedule of Parking and Loading Regulations shall be deemed to be a part of this chapter and is referred to herein as Table 3.[1]

§ 197-10 Interpretation of provisions.
The ZBA shall interpret the meaning of this chapter within the context of determining the rights of any party appealing from a decision of the Building Director or his designee or applying for a variance or special permit. Such interpretation shall be included in the official minutes of the ZBA.
