Outdoor storage, display or staging of goods/materials is not permitted.

All business, servicing or processing shall be conducted within an enclosed building, unless otherwise specified herein.

Accessory uses and facilities, including, but not limited to, interior or exterior playgrounds, shall be architecturally integrated with the primary structure, and the height and bulk shall be proportionate to the primary structure.
