Approval of a proposed land division shall be subject to the dedication of any easements necessary for roads, public utilities, nonmotorized paths or other required public facilities. An accurate legal description shall be provided for all easements, prepared by a registered land surveyor or civil engineer, that includes recitation of the purpose of the easement, with grant to the Township, its successors and assigns, in perpetuity, of the right to occupy and use such easement for installation, maintenance and operation of public utilities.
