This ordinance shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the Olive Branch Zoning Ordinance.

Pursuant to authority granted by Miss. Code Ann. § 17-1-1 et seq., and for the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, morals, comfort, and welfare of the municipality; and to conserve the value of the property throughout the municipality and assuring orderly growth and development, it is hereby provided as follows:
