The zoning regulations adopted by Olive Branch, Mississippi, recorded in Minute Book 27 Page 25, and all amendments thereof, are hereby repealed on the effective date of this ordinance. However, all applications and matters which have commenced under the March 1, 1983, ordinance as amended shall be completed with decisions rendered under regulations set forth in this ordinance without the necessity of a new application therefore. The city clerk is directed to coordinate with the company that codifies the municipal code for the repeal of the prior ordinance with the replacement of the Zoning Ordinance adopted herein.
