Editor's note— An ordinance 2019-11, § 1, adopted November 21, 2019, states "Chapter 40—Zoning, Article XI McCullough Avenue Corridor Site Development Standards shall be removed in its entirety from the Code, as state law renders void Section 40-273(3) Prohibited building materials and remaining provisions Article XI shall be relocated to more appropriate sections of the Code, §§ 40-117 and 40-142, so that the Chapter 40 of the Code shall henceforth not include an Article XI and instead shall conclude with Article X Landscape Requirements, followed by existing Attachment A to Chapter 40 of the Code as adopted by Ord.
