ARTICLE XII
MHD Mobile Home District Regulations
§ 103-46 Purpose and intent.
It is the purpose of this residential district to provide for areas within the Town of Oneonta where mobile homes and related service facilities may be located in a well-organized environment.
§ 103-47 Permitted uses.
The following uses are permitted in the MHD Mobile Home District:
A.
Mobile homes on rented mobile home stands.
B.
Park rental offices.
C.
Single-family dwellings, which must meet all standards of residence districts.
D.
Religious institution.
E.
School.
F.
Community center.
G.
Membership clubhouse.
H.
Public outdoor recreation.
I.
Accessory uses.
J.
Parking.
§ 103-48 General district regulations.
All mobile home districts must be built according to the requirements found in the Mobile Home-Travel Trailer Ordinance of the Town of Oneonta.[1] The granting of approval of site plans or applications for zone change shall in no way alter the requirements of the Mobile Home-Travel Trailer Ordinance.
