Pursuant to the authority conferred by Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and for each and every purpose therein specified, the Town Board of the Town of Onondaga does hereby repeal the Town of Onondaga Zoning Ordinance of 1971,[1] and all amendments thereto, heretofore enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Onondaga and does hereby enact the following comprehensive local law regulating the location and use of buildings, structures and land for trade, commercial, industrial, office, residential, farming and other purposes.
