§ 285-17

Planned Residential District, P-R.

The P-R Districts shall be established in accordance with the provisions set forth in § 285-21 and shall be subject to the following:
A. 
A P-R District shall be allowed only in an area zoned residential (R-C, R-1, R-2 or R-3) and shall have a minimum land area of five acres.
B. 
Permitted uses.
(1) 
One-family dwellings.
(2) 
Two-family dwellings.
(3) 
Multiple dwellings.
(4) 
Townhouses.
(5) 
Accessory buildings and uses.
C. 
Density: not to exceed seven units per acre.
D. 
Maximum building coverage of the total district land area: 12%.
