§ 285-26.1

Special requirements for cannabis retail dispensaries.

Cannabis retail dispensaries can only be located within the following zoning districts:
Neighborhood Shopping District, NS;
Neighborhood Shopping – Nedrow District, NS-N;
Light Industrial District, LI.
Hours of operation shall be limited to the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
