A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) consistent with the requirements of L.L. No. 6 of 2008, entitled "Stormwater Management," shall be required for all land development activities, as that term is defined in said L.L. No. 6 of 2008.[1] The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design criteria and standards in said L.L. No. 6 of 2008.
