The regulations set forth in this article or set forth elsewhere in this ordinance, when referred to in this article, are the regulations in the R-3 Two-family Residence District.

   A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:

   (1)   Any use permitted in the R-1 and R-2 Single-family Residence Districts.

   (2)   Two-family dwellings except trailer camps.

   The height and area requirements set forth in Articles XIII and XIV shall be observed.

   Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the requirements for specific uses set forth in Article XV.
